At the foot of Mount Orfano,
on the most ancient and
tenacious land of Franciacorta,
a "family winery" that makes
the personality its own mark.
It is a land stolen
from red wines,
but in the cellar
are stocked
only bubbles,
all vintage
and no satèn.
When Faccoli brothers began to make sparkling
wine, they were twenty. And the style wasn't a
problem: until the 80s they didn't use the
liquer, and their only product was a very dry brut.
They began to detail the production according to
the sugar dosage to follow the market and
the style became an issue.
Made of pebbles,
red clay and limestone
it is the most "extreme"
of Franciacorta,
giving character
and remarkable minerals
notes to our wines.
The Franciacorta was at
the dawn and the viticulture
totally in progress: two
generations linked to
the land and to an intuition.
